For custom products, extra time may be needed because each item is made or prepared specifically for your order. During busy periods, such as holidays or peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery may also take slightly longer.
In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. However, custom orders or holiday-season orders may take approximately 7 to 10 business days to arrive.
